THE MUSEUM

Our little Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia stems from our love for this magnificent product. We began to collect the items used for the process until we had enough exhibits to form an initially private collection that became an interesting way to allow our customers and visitors to understand and appreciate Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia and the long process required to make it.
